{"id":429,"date":"2020-07-20T16:41:28","date_gmt":"2020-07-20T14:41:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/test.oscour.fr\/?page_id=429"},"modified":"2021-01-16T19:06:28","modified_gmt":"2021-01-16T18:06:28","slug":"conseil-de-la-vie-sociale","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.hopital-stpons.com\/index.php\/conseil-de-la-vie-sociale\/","title":{"rendered":"Conseil de la vie sociale"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Le Conseil de la vie sociale (CVS)<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 par la loi du 2 janvier 2002 r\u00e9novant l\u2019action sociale et m\u00e9dico-sociale afin de renforcer les droits des r\u00e9sidents h\u00e9berg\u00e9s dans des \u00e9tablissements m\u00e9dico-sociaux&nbsp;(EHPAD et SSIAD au centre hospitalier de Saint-Pons).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est une instance \u00e9lue qui repr\u00e9sente l\u2019ensemble des personnes vivant et travaillant dans l\u2019\u00e9tablissement&nbsp;ou participant \u00e0 la vie de la structure : r\u00e9sidents, familles, salari\u00e9s et repr\u00e9sentant de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quelles sont ses missions ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Compos\u00e9 de repr\u00e9sentants des r\u00e9sidents, des familles et du personnel de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement, le conseil de la vie sociale donne son avis et fait des propositions sur toutes les questions li\u00e9es au fonctionnement de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement , notamment sur&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>l\u2019organisation int\u00e9rieure et la vie quotidienne<\/li><li>les activit\u00e9s, l\u2019animation socio-culturelle et les services th\u00e9rapeutiques<\/li><li>les projets de travaux et d\u2019\u00e9quipement<\/li><li>la nature et le prix des services rendus<\/li><li>l\u2019affectation des locaux collectifs<\/li><li>l\u2019animation de la vie institutionnelle et les mesures prises pour favoriser les relations entre les participants<\/li><li>les modifications substantielles touchant aux conditions de prises en charge<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les membres du Conseil de la vie sociale sont \u00e9lus pour une p\u00e9riode de 3 ans.
